The petals gather and disperse, like elves in the snow, bringing a splash of intense color to the boundless space.
The artist expresses the camellia petals through the folds of each piece of paper, and from a distance, the form of the camellia flowers converge as if dancing with the snowflakes.
The installation moves between "figuration" and "intention".
When the petals rise and freeze in the air, the artist has infused the work with an unending life force, such as the blazing heat in the cold night. When the viewer walks into the fluttering petals, he or she will become one with the work and become part of it.
They will become part of the work - the elves in the snow.
